OH EM GEEE, what a weekend! We had a blast visiting with Esme's family in Santa Cruz, watching the Spin Doctors on the boardwalk, celebrating the arrival of lil' Baby Boy Dez Kelly (due on 10-10-10, cause he's the coolest) and sending a dear friend off to Berlin.

...leads to these. Yep, kegstands at a baby shower. Everyone (except for the mama-to-be) took a turn or two...or three. It was the best :)
After the first party, we hopped to another to spend time with this shadowed fellow.
He left for Berlin early Sunday morning.
We stayed up til the wee hours to see him off.
Matthew says "you're number one, Aaron". You'll be missed, friend.
Sunday...well, there are no pictures of our Sunday. Partially because we were running around like crazy people, preparing for Pete's first day. But also because we were in no shape to have our photos taken.
And that's the sign of a fun one.
