Whew! What a busy one we had!
The Boy's birthday is tomorrow (!) and we started the celebration early...and a little too hard.
Thanks to all the wonderful friends who came out to help him...get drunk (The Boy forgot to switch from bourbon to beer...and needless to say, spent the whole of Saturday with a birthday-sized hangover).
Regardless, Saturday was quite enjoyable -- breakfast at our spot, ice cream at The Girl's favorite -- Humphrey Slocombe (mmm....cream cheese ice cream), a nap, some college football & an Autumnal Soiree, hosted by the lovely Anisha & Emma A.
Sunday was much more productive, hence a little less fun to write about. Sand paper, errands, swiffers...OH, and Thanks to Emma D. for the Friends & Family coupon used to buy the picture frames in which we will hang our new Cindy Tomczyk illustrations (blog entry to follow)!!
The weekend is hereby extended for The Boy's big 3-1! Tonight, Beach House @ BotH. Tomorrow, homemade lasagna & PRESSIES!
Bring on the pictures (uh...tomorrow. We gotta run to the show!!!)!
